Hi,
Would anybody know of a ProIV (v5.5) call to find out the users Computer Name or IP Address (or both)?
Cheers
Jason

Different Graphics Drivers
14 September 2006 - 10:39 AM
Hi
We are in the process of upgrading one of our clients from v4.6 to v5.5.
We've enhanced some of the screen displays with various colours and the 'piv' is set to use ProIV colours.
On our pc's the colours display fine but our client is running all Dell pc's and the colours are not displaying correctly (i.e. an enquiry screen displays the available quantity in red on a yellow background but on the clients pc's it's blue on yellow).
Has anybody else come across this before and if so how can it be resolved?
Could it be due to different graphics drivers?
Many thanks

v5.5 micky functions
31 July 2006 - 04:23 PM
Hi
We are currently upgrading a client from 4.6 to 5.5 (Native at first then to VIP once everything is working).
If we page through a micky function (based on a file def) it skips over the first page with no 'Enter to Continue' prompt but stops on the 2nd and all subsequent pages ??
Anyone got any ideas please ??

5.6.8.0 Client

Hi
I'm having difficulty installing v5.6.8.0 client on an XP machine.
Keep getting 'Error 1406. Could not write value to key ...... Verify that you have sufficient access to that key, or contact your support personnel.' Clicking 'Ignore' just brings up more errors .....
I have tried uninstalling previous versions of the client and have just formatted hdd and re-loaded XP but still no joy.
Just wondered if anybody else has experienced this and if so how did they fix it??
Regards
Jason

Hi
Just wondered if anyone has come across this before and if so did they find a cure?
After re-sizing the ProIV window to fit our application everything works fine until we exit and log back in. The ProIV window resets itself back to what it was before it was resized.
I always thought the window remained at the size it was last changed to???
Thanks
