Hi Pro-IV Gurus

 

Need your expert advice.

 

My requirement is to identify what all functions are being used by business users

 

While going through the various post, I have come across a post by ROB that PROSTAT Command is useful

 

I have put PROSTAT=R in pro4.ini config file in one of the Dev Servers to test

 

And as mentioned in the post by putting the above command it is creating ****.run file in SYSWOW64 Folder with the function name that was used by a user when they invoke pro-iv session

 

But the problem is I have to stop and start the pro-iv service to get the function name written in ****.run file otherwise it shows the size of file as 0

 

As it is a dev server no issues for me in stopping and starting the the pro-iv service, but I don't have that liberty to do the same in Production server

 

Appreciate your help with this

 

Also is there any command to get the Operator ID along with the functions used by that user too?

Once again Bus and Task Issue. Appreciate any help with the issue that I'm facing

and this time the Statuscode = 51 and Failreason = 117
