Hi,
The new release of ProIV IDE (0.1.10) now works with the Single Developer version of ProIV.
Just follow the install instructions from the link below, looking out for the 'Single Developer' marked sections, which are slightly different than installing into the normal version of ProIV.

Note: That the IDE does not edit VIP source yet, so this will only allow you to edit Native ProIV Source.
