Function Size Limit?

25 November 2008 - 05:18 PM

Having a strange error. The function gens without error. Then I add a new logic with just a comment line in it and when I gen again I get some bogus error about an "alpha expression expected" and it references a global logic called in the function in a different logic. I am thinking that the function is too big, and that when it tries to build in the global logic in it cuts out part way through and so thinks there is a problem where there is none. Here are the metrics:

Logic Size: 23741
Field Size: 15300
Global Logic Size: 8348
Format / Header Size: 5303
Symbol Table Size: 69592

Just wondering if anyone can confirm my suspicions and if anyone knows if there is a parameter I can expand to allow the function to grow larger.

Limiting records in Listboxes

22 April 2005 - 03:49 PM

Is there anyway to limit the number of records pulled into a listbox. For example, I have 3000 records but it takes to long to load them all in so I only want the 1000 most recent records to be displayed.

Thanks for your help
