Rob,
I find it very surprising that you are not able to help them improve the product by raising issues.
I would have thought it would be best that the issues are raised sooner rather than later by a licensed customer.
Sounds like they (ProIV Ltd) could think you have nothing better to do than spending your weekends attempting to break it...they surely can't think ProIV is that cool.
Keep up the good work Rob, ProIV Ltd should do themselves a favour and keep an eye on the Bugs Forum.

Forgive me if I point out the obvious, but is the One Time flag set to 'Y'?
Failing that all I can think of is you may need to be embedding your LS's where the file reads are done.
