As Rob's going to be doing some wiki buggeration in the next few days I thought I might check and see how many people are using it. I'd personally like to see it used a bit more but the only bit that seems to get updated is the "Companies using ProIV" section.
Perhaps if Rob's update also auto-creates links to non-existant pages people might be encouraged to fill them in?
Cheers
Mike

Record selected for delete

Not sure if I'm being thick here or not ... (Although I'm sure somebody will tell me ...
)
Is it possible within a sort-select logic to identify a record that has been selected for deletion. Obviously all the records are now in delete mode as the paging area is in delete mode. I just want to know which one's the user actually wants to delete.
Cheers

Gmail problems
13 October 2006 - 06:53 AM
I've been having issues with my gmail account. A couple of days ago I got thrown out and then told that my password was incorrect when I tried to log back in.
I no longer have my secondary mail address (old work address) so couldn't get a password that way (I know, I should have updated it) so I filled in the online form for help. The procedure thus far has gone like this:
1. Fill in online help form
2. Get automated response back with more (similar) questions in
3. Respond to email
4. Wait
5. Repsond to email again asking what has happened
6. Wait
7. Respond to email again getting a bit frustrated
8. Wait
9. Mail the google security team as I'm worried my account has been hacked and there may be sensitive / personal information there.
10. Get automated response back directing me to online form.
11. Fill in online form
12. Wait
13. Finally get reponse from online form asking some more (again, rather similar) questions
14. Respond to mail, stress urgency
15. Wait
16. Respond to mail again, stress urgency and ask if google actually has any employees
17. Wait
18. Finally get response directing me to online form (see step 10)
Having done a few searches I see that google customer service seems to be non-existant. I'm now just waiting for the mail that says
"I'm sorry Dave, I can't do that"
Just thought I'd mention it to all you guys out there with gmail accounts. If you're not backing them up I suggest you start, and maybe think about deleting any sensitive mails (eg. with passwords in) just in case.
Cheers

P.S. If anybody has mailed me on my gmail in the last couple of days and not got a response, now you know why ...
