PROIV version 7.1.58.2 clean?
07 February 2015 - 11:39 PM
Hello All,
We want to move our code up to 7.1.58.2. Has anyone done an export/import from an older version to 7.1.58.2 without issue? Thanks.
Okdata Dot Matrix - no longer prints properly
08 January 2015 - 10:33 PM
Hello All - We used to use Okidata dot matrix printers (320, 490, 491) without a problem. We told a customer their new installation would work with Okidata. It does not. On our existing customers using Okidata's, when you go to printer mapping, they see 10 CPI, 12 CPI, 17 CPI as options in the font drop down. Those fonts are no longer loaded when we installed a new client even though the Okidata driver is used. Has anyone had this problem and have you figured out the issue? We are on Windows with 7.1 PROIV. Thanks.

Batch Update and Windows Environment
09 July 2014 - 08:34 PM
Hello All,
We have a function we want to call within a Windows PROIV MFC session. We want to kick off the update behind the scenes while the customer continues their data entry. We were told this cannot be done in Windows. I see that Developer (VIP) seems to do it. Anyone have an answer? Thanks

PROIV Client Printer Mapping Cleared
16 October 2013 - 07:48 PM
We have had this problem for a while on different P4 client versions - happens on both 6 and 7 . Printer mapping gets cleared for no apparent reason. Font and font size is almost always retained, which is the odd part. Anyone else run into this? Any fixes? Any reason? Thanks. Lew
