You will also get this error if the number exceeds 12.2, ie 13.2 - the old number too large for display code type error.

We also run a Sun4800 with the exact same setup. About a year ago we had the same problem and changed isamdef to;
SHMDELAY = 2
SHMRETRY = 30
SL_SPIN = 100
SL_NAP = 10

Since then, not a single problem.

We currently use Tera Term Pro ver2.3. Does do the print screen option, plus you can re-map any of the keys.
