i have found that one client disabled the "prompt for admin approval" and had everything run as Administrator. He got the client to work properly that way.

Yes this was taken directly from the Server. I have attached the Application and the System.evt log files. To open them, open event viewer, click on application, click on action, Open Log file as...

Yes 2003. I am the system Tech support for this software and not the developer. If you could explain in more simpler terms as to what you think is happening, id appreciate it.

I think we figured it out (see below)


I actually did have the Microsoft Search running and by accident had it indexing the M drive – which I have turned off.

Let’s see what happens today, but since I have turned it off I don’t think that we’ve had a problem…"

IIRC 524 was a pro5.5 release, the version 6 referred to here is VB 6.

Something happened to the server? Re-install.

This is happening on the Workstation to many clients of ours. It seems to be only happening to people who are really fast in program. Its just one or two workstations, we have over 100+ reports of this. It happens randomly.
