i have found that one client disabled the "prompt for admin approval" and had everything run as Administrator. He got the client to work properly that way.

IIRC 524 was a pro5.5 release, the version 6 referred to here is VB 6.
Something happened to the server? Re-install.

This is happening on the Workstation to many clients of ours. It seems to be only happening to people who are really fast in program. Its just one or two workstations, we have over 100+ reports of this. It happens randomly.
