Our Hertfordshire based client is looking to directly recruit a ProIV developer.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced software developer to join a close-knit team working within the IT department of a very large retail, warehousing, and distribution organization.
In addition to development the applicant will be involved in the creation of technical specifications. You will also need to be a good communicator as there will be a requirement to be in regular contact with the Clients Software house.
Many of the organizations applications are designed and written in house for use by other internal departments. ProIV and Oracle are at heart of all systems but over time you could be exposed to various Asp.Net/C# web applications with the opportunity to learn new, or expand upon existing, skills.
You will also be expected to be involved in peer to peer testing, installation of software upgrades and provide 2nd/3rd line system support with bugs and data fixes as they arise.
