Active X Document Server problem

Hi,

Any thoughts or advice at all, on the follow Fatal Error would be greatly appreciated.

We're often getting a windows message pop-up, with the following information.....

PRO-IV Document Server Exception

A fatal error has occurred in this program.Further Information is held in the event log and the file below,
please inform your application support provider. sh*t, heads down, that's us!!!

C:\Documents & Settings\msolberg\Application Data\ProIVErrInfo_027.log


And, so reading the log above..........ProIVErrinfo_027.log

Client ActiveX Document Server

Error signature

AppName: proiv.exe AppVer: 6.1.57.0 ModName: mfc80u.dll
ModVer: 8.0.50727.6195 Offset: 0002f7b6

Reporting details

Windows disclaimer etc. etc. blah blah
