Hi,
I've not been spending so much time on ProIV RC recently, and I apologise for that.
However, this weekend, I'm going to upgrade the site to the new version of the forum software.
Last weekend I tested the upgrade on a test site, and it all looked fine, so I don't anticipate too many problems.
This will then allow me to enable automatic member applications again, since the new software has better detection of spam bots etc (I hope).
I'll also try to clear up all the problems with attached documents, as they seemed to have stopped working a while ago.
Rob.

Thanks Rory
Well, I've upgraded it now.
Attachments are now working, but we seem to have lost most of the attachments from 2010. Not sure what happened there, sorry.
If you get any problems with the new forum then post here.
You probably need to log in with your username and password again.
If you have forgotten them, then just visit this page or give me a mail.

I've also enabled registrations again, so we will see how that goes.
Thanks,
Rob.

Yeah, looks alot better, doesn't it
However, I cant believe it, but within 30 minutes of me enabling the new site, I got a bot that registered an account, even though I have the newest version of CAPTCHA running
So, I have had to add a silly question to the registration page now, that I hope most 'humans' can answer
If they get past that, then I'll have to make the registrations have manual approval.
