Hmm, something strange here Rob. Not only did I not post this, I haven't even read that article recently. Why has it suddenly decided it belongs to me?

Hmm, something strange here Rob. Not only did I not post this, I haven't even read that article recently. Why has it suddenly decided it belongs to me?



Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't assigning blame to the non-participants one of the necessary steps in a Six Sigma project plan?
