Dear list,

This is an FYI so that hopefully no one has to go through what I've gone through this week.

Both issues below have been reported to ProIV.

1) When using clickable columns, you cannot have an LSCALL in your sort logic. It will work on the first pass. However, if a user clicks on a column to resort it, the application crashes in a very bad way.

2) Do not use Remember settings. Basically, the problem with remember settings is that there is no version control associated with it. Thus if you have three columns and run the function, it works ok. However, as soon as you start to move columns or make changes, the remember settings feature keeps presenting the old display.

If you don't realize what is going on, you can spend a tremendous amount of time trying to "fix" your function when the problem is not in the function at all!
