Hi Rob,

We are having some weird shit with your new site today. I went on to the site this afternoon and it said I was logged in as Jospeh Serra! I got Joe to log out and I did a refresh and then it showed me as being Stuart Burtonagain...Not quite sure what is going on but could have something to do with all of us being thru the same IP address?

Also, your email seems to be down at the moment!

Stu

Hi,

That doesnt sound good.

I dont think that it is the IP address, I did quite a bit of testing with 2 PCs on the same IP.

Can you (or anyone else who notices something like this) tell me if it happens again.

I'll have a look at the code and see if I can see anything.

Thanks,

Rob D.

Haven't come up as Joe (thank God!!) but it doesn't seem to be remembering me whatever I do - need to logon every time.

Hi mike,

Yes that seems to be a problem.

What you need to do is....

Click the logout link at the top of the page, near your name.

Then go to the main page www.proivrc.com, and click on the 'Log In' link at the top... Do NOT login on the front page with the 'Welcome Guest' login. (there seems to be a prob with that)

When you have clicked the 'Log In' link, enter your name and make sure the 'Remember Me' box is checked.

Well no problems getting it to stay as me now. Joe can't get rid of it either and I think it scares him being me ;-)

BTW, I had actually used that link before and it didn't work. It looks like I must have done something about the same time as Joe to get rid of his logon at work and replace it with mine.

I'd just like to point out that any daft posts asking the differnece between DSEL and DSELF and the like with my name on aren't from me...probably ;-)

Cheers

Mike
