We have recently had to upgrade our Redhat Linux Version ES3 server to ES5 as it's getting harder to get compatable hardware with ES3.
We are having an issue with running Pro-IV v4 on Red Hat ES 5 where Iscollect hangs and uses 100% of the CPU. We can kill off Iscollect, however it still doesn't let you run pro again until the server is rebooted.
Thanks for any help!

PROIV version 4 was end of lifed on the 18th September 2002 - 6 years ago. If you have upgraded your O/S because incompatibility issues, why would you think that an old PROIV kernel would not have the same issues - upgrade it as well.
Things should be made as simple as possible, but not simpler
