We have just installed Pro-iv 5.5 on a Windows 2003 server, as our previous server had issues.
On this new installation when we run an isout we get "an unhandled win32 exception occurred in isout32.exe[560]" in a Visual Studio Just in Time debugger window. The isout does complete successfully but this message pops up each time we run an isout. We are running the same version of Pro-iv and the same Windows server version on this new installation. Why is this happening and how do we sort it out??

Ok, seems we've resolved this one........it was a windows directory name length issue. If any one of the folder names in your directory path is more than 8 characters, you get this error. Reduce name to 8 characters or less and voila....no error.
