PROIV EMEA Support Team Leader
Location: Dunstable
With the imminent release of PROIV Version 6 we are bolstering our support team to include a Team Leader. Reporting to the Support Manager the successful candidates responsibilities will include:
. Day to day leading of the support team
. Logging support calls and working with customers to resolve queries
. Liaising with support engineers to progress fault resolution
. Ensuring that support processes are adhered to
Candidate must have:
. Recent experience of PROIV V5.5 in a graphical environment (preferably not mainframe)
. Experience of using PROIV with an RDBMS (preferably Oracle or SQL Server)
. Previous experience of a customer facing role
. Exposure to web technologies
This is an exciting opportunity to join the PROIV Technical Team in the very place where the product is developed.
