@PSEQ not working in report

Hi ,

i have used page sequence many times. I didn' understand why i am not getting seq numbers for @PSEQ in report of report function. What coulb be the reason. Am i missing some thing

Report layout:

\PS\							\MAIN
@PSEQ						3	 "999"	DAO		   1   5
X_T2333A_GOODS	   30								  1  12   indexed file used here fo rpaging section
X_T2333A_DESCR		30								  1  47
\PE\

I might be talking rubbish here, but @PSEQ is for paging screens only.

You'll have to manually increment a counter after each record. Shouldn't take more than 2 lines of additional code

I have used #PSEQ as a scratch variable and then in the field logic I say #PSEQ += 1
