When I tried MSG 0 in VIP to make a Bell sound, it is not working.
Also tried with a blank message and still not working

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Bob!

Have you tried to this:

$BELL = CHAR(7)

And display $BELL

?

Hi

What Terminal Type are you using in your connection to Pro-IV

In the $CRT screen - there is a field/setting BELL:

On my Terminal Type GUILCR this is set as 07
