ProIV Developer req'd in the Bristol area

I'm working on behalf of a well respected organisation in the Bristol area (UK) who are urgently seeking an experienced ProIV Developer to work as part of a small team enhancing and developing specialised application, written in ProIV using the Oracle database running under Solaris.

Pro-IV Contract Opportunity

Hi all,

I'm seeking a Pro-IV Developer for a 2-3 month contract in the Bristol area. There is a good possibility this could extend further.

Technical requirements:

4yrs+ experience in a software development environment
2yrs+ experience developing software in Pro-IV
Some knowledge with Oracle or other relational database environment, including the use of SQL (desirable)
Experience of working within a formal Quality Management System
Good understanding and experience of software estimating and sizing
Experience of the Pro-IV VIP development environment (desirable)

ProIV Developer Required - Bristol, UK

I am currently recruiting for a developer with at least 2yrs experience of either ProIV, Superlayer or VIP. The team develops products in ProIV using embedded ActiveX controls to improve the user experience.

Ideally you will have relational database experience, preferably Oracle &/or MS SQL Server, any experience with SQL - PL/SQL would also be an advantage. Experience of ActiveX use and/or development would be highly advantageous.

The role is paying up to £35,000 + benefits including pension and private healthcare and will be based in Bristol, UK. This is a permanent role. No work permits/visa's will be sponsored.

NOTE: The work may involve access to sensitive data covered by the Official Secrets Act. Therefore the applicant may be asked to undergo Security Clearance by the Home Office.
