I was wondering if anyone has had the opportunity to work with Auto-Sequenced SQLSERVE files/tables in ProIV version 5? (Sequel Server 7)

When we create a paging screen using the Auto-sequenced SQL file/table the sequence numbers are NOT maintained.
e.g. Deleting a record causes major havoc.

Does anyone have any idea's to overcome this ?

There is a bug in ver 4.6 that is currently being fixed - but it only occurs if you have 2 keys prior to the sequence key. That should be sorted out in a day or so, and we hope that the patch gets applied to ver 5 as well.
