PROIV logic Amortisation formular

Dear All,


I need help in working out the PROIV logic for the following Amortisation formular please:-
A = $100,000
n = 360 (30 years times 12 monthly payments per year)
i = .005 (6% expressed as .06 divided by 12 payments per year)

D = 166.7916 ({[(1+.005)^360] - 1} / [.005(1+.005)^360])

P = A / D = 100,000 / 166.7916 = 599.55

The ^ (to the power of) is represented by ** (two asterisks) in a PROIV calculation.

So the calc is

#A = 100000
#N = 360
#I = (0.06 / 12)
#D = (((1 + #I) ** #N) - 1) / (#I * (1 + #I) ** #N)
UMSG('#D is ' + CONV(#D),-1)
#P = #A / #D
UMSG('#P is ' + CONV(#P),-1)
Things should be made as simple as possible, but not simpler
