Just thought I would share some knowledge we gained from PROIV support regarding the PROIV msi install. As there is not a separate msi for the client only (without the Forms Designer included) we wanted to know how to install the window client without installing the Forms Designer. We have tested and confirmed the following installation config installs the client without FD.
msiexec /i PROIV_Client_7.1.37.0.msi /q ADDLOCAL=ALL REMOVE=FormsDesignerObviously the command line would require amendment to reflect the version of the msi that you are installing.
Look forward to the day when we are on OpenClient in production so we don't have to worry about Windows any more
