Hi,

We have installed V7 in testing environment and exported security using V6 Non source export utility. When we import in V7, some of group details (numerous operator defs) are missing. The import doesn't gave error however missing data. Does anyone experienced this issue? Is there any other way to copy these details (copying PRO file).

Thanks in advance..

Hi Sudakar,

Do you need to know which pro-isam files to copy into your new environment from the old one. In terms of the vip files and the native proiv files? If so let me know and I should be able to help you.

Hi Kapoof,

Yes, i need to know which proisam file. I have copied Logonf.pro, does it fix the issue? The operators those were been missed are running only putty sessions, so I don't think we need to copy any other VIP file...correct me if i am wrong..

Thanks,
Sudhakar
