Glovia Support for facility in Suzhou:
• Education- at least graduate of Intermediate School, college degree preferred
• Five years minimum experience supporting Chess or Glovia ERP software, version 9 preferred
• Knowledge of manufacturing environments and use of ERP systems
• Knowledge of Bill of Materials and engineering change procedures
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Knowledge of FTP administration
• Experience with Helpdesk operations
• Experience with basic PC troubleshooting and upgrades
• Experience with networking (switches, routers, and wiring)
• Experience with Microsoft Windows, Office, and server administration
• Must be able to lift at least 30 pounds (to load paper in printers)
• Experience with basic printer support (inkjet, laser, dot matrix)
• Experience with basic Linux administration
• Experience with basic Oracle administration
• MUST be able to travel to US for training
• MUST be fluent in both English and Chinese
• MUST be able to translate written documents from English to Chinese and Chinese to English
• Experience with Video conferencing would be helpful
We prefer a full-time on-site employee, but someone in the region who could be on-site as needed MAY be possible.
