Just to point out that with v6, VIP is now called 'PROIV Developer' 6.2 brings lots of useful features. For me, still don't like all the mandatory associated java services or the two sets of 'bootstraps' but the things now possible are a big step forward.

Yep, I know (Updated the option to include that) (w00t)

6.2 may well bring new features, but VIP / whatever its called now, is still an awful development environment.

I mean, come on, you still cant fully open more than one function at a time. Its been 1/2 done in this release, but if your in another of VIP's... sorry, ProIV Developers, many popup windows, then you cant switch :(

Can't believe it hasn't been updated to be better after all this time :( .... it quite disappointing to be honest.

I dont like all the java thats running now either, and 2 sets of bootstraps is just silly... but it saves me to have to manipulate the VIP straps  (I guess sometime I need to convert to update them also, but I just havent been bothered yet)
