I have a client that is trying to set up remote users (via Windows Remote Desktop Client) to be able to use the local printer mapping functionality of the PROIV client to print to their local printers. They are using PROIV Kernel 5.5 and have tried both client version 5.5.19 and version 5.6.12. Any suggestions on how to get this to work woul dbe appreciated.

Are you trying to print to a printer attached to a Windows computer (local) that is running the Remote Desktop Client connected to another Windows computer (remote) where the ProIV client is running?

Depending on the policies of your network, local printer mapping might be disabled for some or all remote connections.
