Hi,
Does anyone know where I can get a quick reference of the .piv file values? For example the u = username and h = host etc.
Is there a quick reference list?

try the ProIV website www.proiv.com
Go to the Developer Zone,
then Documentation,
then PROIV 5.5 Documentation,
then Windows Specific (under the Categories heading)
then Client Guide 55r300.pdf
where you will find the PIV file format at the end of Chapter 4
