Any help will do.

Also we get this one:

Application popup: 0: proiv.exe - Application Error: The instructino at "0x6605f684" referenced memory at "0x00000020". The memory could nto be "read.


and this one:

Faulting application proiv.exe, verion 524.0.0.0, faulting module msvbvm60.dll, version 6.0.97.82, fault address 0x0001b711.


PLEASE HELP.

Our company has an entire queue of calls that are just like these. We have around 100+ cases that all get these similar messages and we have no fix for it. Any help would be greatly appreciated! thanks
