The applicable product areas are Fixed line telephony, Internet service and Mobile phone service for four different Nordic operators. The billing system is based on a VMS/Oracle environment and have a large amount of interfaces to different other systems (internal and external).
Support is undertaken in direct contact with the client representatives in the Nordic countries and/or customers internal teams. The work presupposes a close corporation with Development, System Management and Customer Support and other parts of the client organization. A large number of errands are handled and reported, mainly through the ARS Remedy system but also using the Lotus Notes. The errands turn into investigations, reports and Data-, Production- and Bug-fixes.
Development is carried out, based on the client's Business requirements and internal written Functional requirements, turned into Design Specifications and code. This then handed over to test, where test support takes places, and after approval, implementation into production environments. The work presupposes a close corporation with Support, Test, System Management and other parts of the client organization. Some work is carried out as project, where you then are participating as a project member.
Within the branch Support and Development respectively we need persons skilled and experienced in
• ProIV version 5.x or higher, Green screen, 5-10 years
• Oracle PL SQL (Oracle v 8.1.7 or higher)
• Open VMS (VMS v 7.3-1 or higher)
• ISIS, Billing system application, 2-5 years
