Can PROIV client run on a 64-bit machine? If so, how can I set this up?
Error I get is "Trouble with starting up the telnet emulation program"
Thanks! :(

I am running the client on a 64-bit windows machine. I have the same problem with trying to shell out. I have asked several people at ProIV about it, but have never gotten any answer. ><

Please be specific on OS.

Vista do not support telnet by default. You need to enable telnet.

PROIV Client wont work without telnet.

I dont know the telnet program name. Default is telnet. If it is different, you need to change it in terminal tab.

I am running Window XP professional x64 edition. If I type telnet into a command prompt it comes right up with no problems, if I put telnet in on the Terminal tab then any time it tries to open a shell window I get the same error message as the OP. I have no other problems running VIP or runtime versions of any of the 5 environments we have here.
