As some of you know I've hung on to my 80 "free" shares from when MDIS originally floated on the UK Stock Exchange, not for any financial gain, but just to get the shareholder information.

I recently received a Stock Exchange announcement....

"4 October 2006

In response to the recent movement in its share price, the Board of Directors of Northgate confirms that, following a number of unsolicited approaches, it is in discussions that may or may not lead to a formal offer being made for the Company.

A further announcement will be made in due course."

May be interesting for those who still have their "original" Northgate shares issued in the mid 80's

If they're still valid of course....
Half of what he said meant something else, and the other half didn't mean anytthing at all

I made an offer of £1.20 and they're still considering it. I think I overvalued the company myself.
