The same happened to us. It looked like a quality product at first, but after a couple of weeks we realised it was poorly built and things started to fall apart. They can't blame our network this time !

Magicians disappear all the time, but as soon as a regular person does it, everyone is all scared.

At first glance it does look quite an impressive product. The out-of-the-box functionality is pretty good with a stable configuration and a nice shiny GUI. The user is up to speed pretty quickly.
However, on closer inspection you soon notice that it has a serious design flaw: its only an 8-bit product...

Hi,
With the release of V6, they sent out these 'cubes' that you could play with and had 'slogans' about ProIV on them.
You can move them around, but they soon broke
You can see an unbroken one in the top photo, in the top right of the picture in the background.
But they were great while they lasted...
Rob.

Don't worry, ProIV always test their products thoroughly before letting their customers use themAhh. I sure hope this does not portend the future for v6!
