PROIV Support Consultant

Location: Dunstable, UK

Northgate are pleased to make available a position within the PROIV EMEA Support Team. The purpose of the role will be to rovide support to our EMEA customer base.

The responsibilites include

. Logging support calls and working with customers to create test cases
. Providing guidance to customer on the use of our products.
. Communicating with customers on the current state of their calls
. Liaising with 3rd Line Support to progress issues
. Keeping a log of all communication with customers
. Creating test cases for input into the QA process
. Escalating where needed to Support Team Leader

Candidates must have

. Recent experience of PROIV in a graphical environment (Not Mainframe)
. Experience of developing using PROIV with an RDBMS
. Previous customer facing role
