Has anyone virus checked this post?

I'm not prepared to download an unknown document from someone's first post! (Even though I've applied the latest MS Word patch).

Yep, I've downloaded it 13 times and it's great!

Think I'll download it again...

It is one of the worst screens I have seen in Pro-IV for years ..

Rajeev,

In order to accomodate more characters, you have two choices ASSUMING
that increasing the size of the text box is not a solution.

choice 1: scroll sideways

choice2; use a smaller font

Personally, I would move the boxes below the target one down, and
increase the height of the text box. BUT this would change its size.

An ugly solution, that might fit in with this screen, would be to make the field a scratch variable of 30. If the text is <= 30 then display the full text, otherwise have the scratch var say something like "" and force them to view >30 text in a pop-up.

Other than following Bob's suggestion of dropping the field down one line and increasing the size to 60...your SOL.
