I created a file , with a certain field . I then tried changing the data type of the filed from 'A' to 'N'. but then it did'nt allow me .. i also tried deleting the filed and then rewritting it all over again , again i could'nt .. i tried deleting the table and making a new one with the same field name .. i still could'nt. Then atlast i tried deleting the field in the dictionary . ..... it gave a pop up message


"VARIABLE USED IN CONTROLLED FILES" . I am not able to figure out wat to do .. plz help..

2) What's the variable name?
