good day everyone

We tried to run 2 batch update at the same but after awhile the proiv service went down.

Does anybody came across of this?

FYI, the server is running on Windows 2003 Server Traditional Chinese Version, Oracle 8i and PRo4.6r223.

Jason,

Just a generic answer here: We have found the 5.5 kernel to be much more stable than the 4.6 on Windows. If it's possible, upgrading would be worthwhile.

Can you replicate the problem every time - or was this a just-once fluke?

Regards,

Joseph

Jason,

What are the basic parameters of these batch jobs?

Regards,

Joseph

Do you have support from PRO-IV?

I think version 4.6 is not supported any more.

It is dangerour to use software for production systems without support from manufacturer.
