Hi,
i installed the single developer on winxp and everytime i use the connection wizard a message box
with the following two messages keeps on blinking

1st message "Waiting for connection to Proiv"
2nd message "Direct connection to host"

my selection in the connection wizard are
1. Windows Server
2. user: SYS

Any help in this matter will be highly appreciated

Anand,

Make sure the ProIV service is running. We've seen several occasions were an uninstall, reboot and reinstall has been required.

Also, turn off any firewall software to see if you are being firewalled out.

Most likely, one of the two reasons above is your problem.
