Hello, my name is Scott C. Anglin. I have a client in Massachusetts who is currently looking for a Senior ERP Support Analyst. I have provided the description for this position. JOB OPPORTUNITY:

Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs to optimize overall business strategies. May require an associate's degree in a related area and 3-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a manufacturing environment supporting various applications such as ChEss (Glovia), Logility (ASI), and JDE APS. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under guided supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. Typically reports to a manager. Flexibility with scheduling and on-call support will be required.

Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.

That shouldn't put too many people off then.
