Hi All,
We're trying to move from Win NT Server to Win 2003 Server. When testing our B&T process, it comes back with this error:
doConnect: connect failed: Host 'myhost', port 5432
last win32 error 10061 / winsock error 10061: Connection refused
p4OpenPro4: sockOpen to bus daemon failed
p4OpenPro4 failed: Last error 1, StatusCode 1, Failreason 97, SubError 97
How can I check what ports are available? This is where I think I need to begin, but all suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Dont think you need to reboot, just stop and start the ProIV service...
