Hello,
Has anyone got source code to ProIV / C-ISAM binaries (ischk / iscollect / pro etc.)?
I had a look around the net (no luck).
Has anyone reverse compiled these?
According to the ProIV website, their release V4.6R200 works on RH6.X, None of them work for me? Maybe I am missing something..
I also want to run ProIV on a FreeBSD box (has any one done this?).
If I had the source I would be set for both of these platforms.
Thanks in advance,
Dave.

I've got pro4 running on a test machine here.
The is* utilities work fine. So you get any error messages?
I didn't try bcheck yet but will tomorrow.
A problem I had was using the incorrect pro binary. When I put my SCO pro4 files to Linux, I mistakenly overwrote the Linux pro with SCO's.
Have you tried to setup printing on RH yet?

Wim,
Can you run pro-iv off of the system console ok?
If so could you e-mail me your crtctl entry for the console?
For printing I've found it alot easier to use LPRng.
Its free and avail at www.astart.com
here is more info:
The LPRng software is an enhanced, extended, and portable implementation of the Berkeley LPR print spooler functionality. LPRng is RFC1179 compliant, provides greatly enhanced security checks, and has highly verbose diagnostics
