Hi,
I have now got a round to writing the Names Database.

Below is an example of the fields that will be in the database.
There will be an option to display entries with various sorts & selections too.

Any comments,ideas or more fields people would like to see?????

There is one form for personnal users.........

First Name	*
Surname	*
Address

City
State
Zip
Country
Telephone
Fax
Date Of Birth	dy mo name='DOBmon' size='1'> yr name='DOByr' size='1'>
Sex	value='Male'>Male value='Female'>Female
Looking for work
Extra Notes

Is this database proposed to be available to anyone visiting the forum site? I'd say that was good but I'm not aware of the history or what you have in mind. Is that what the passwords are for?
It would be particularly useful to know whether people and organizations and using Pro-IV for development or just runtime.
I'm not sure you need to check people's sex for Pro-IV purposes! An optional title might be more useful.
