V4.0 (R528 AIX RS6000)using MFC Client

Has anyone 'setup/used' the MFC client on remote customers
where they didn't have access the PC to setup PRO-IV themselves?

My problem is getting our bitmaps and piv files copied to the
customers PC and setting up shortcuts on the desktop. We will
need as little from the customer as possible, since most are
USERS only and don't have much PC knowledge. Any suggestions?

You could use anonymous ftp on the server.
Set up a self-extracting zip file that contains the
client install and extra bitmaps install.
Users can then download that using a web browser,
run the self-extracting zip file and install from
