Hello,

I've got to start doing EDI billing with a customer.

Have any of you experience with EDI?

I'd be willing to pay for an example of ProIV edi applications....

[I think EDI stands for Electronic Data Interchange].

I've done EDI programming for one customer. Their EDI
approach is a little different. Each of their EDI customers
wants a different format for the EDI invoices (the standard
is so flexible that it isnt really standard).
Pro-IV generates a standard invoice format, which is
downloaded to a Win98 workstation which handles their EDI
modem connection. On this workstation they run and EDI package
(stirling, I think) which allows them to map the standard
edi invoice to the layouts each customer prefers.

We've done a whole pile of EDI / Pro-iv integration for ODETTE DELINS / WSKMOV / RECONF /AVIDIS / AVIEXP / INVOIC

This was mainly for Rover Group / Scania / LDV

If you're still interested and have any particular questions please feel free to e-mail me.
